Moms' custom built extended sleeper semi is paired with a double decked 53ft trailer. This Slim-O (semi/limo) is capable of transporting 18 passengers and 24 snowmobiles, quads, motorcycles, even add your car or truck. Plus bring along all your gear, tools and spare parts. Featuring two queen beds, two double beds, two tv's, dolby surround sound, eight bench seats and three captains chairs. •Are the dates listed including travel?
The dates listed are the check in and check out dates AT each destination.
•What days are available to ride/enjoy each destination?
We usually check in on Sunday and out on Friday afternoon allowing 5 1/2 - 6 days at each destination.
•How long is travel time to each destination?
The time varies depending on each destination. Usual travel time is between 20 and 32 hours.
•Are there rentals available?
Each destination has rental available for use during the trip.They are supplied and reserved through the local lodges. Snowmobile rentals prices vary and start at around 175 per day.
•Can I just send my sled, atv or bike and fly? If so, is there a discount?
Yes, you can send your recreational vehicle, tools and gear when you fly or drive to meet the club at the destination. A discount of $150 is offered if you choose to just send your recreational vehicle.
•Where does the rig depart from? What route does it take? Where Can I meet up?
We depart from Mid-Michigan, Our route varies each trip depending on the destiantion and the location of arranged club member pick ups. You can meet up with the rig just about anywhere for pick up and drop offs. Our common routes include; Michigan US 131, I-96 and I-94, the UP hwy 2. Indiana I-80. Illinois I-80. Wisconsin I-90, Hwy 2, Hwy 8, I-94. Minnesota I-90, I-94.
•Can my sled/atv perform at the destination?
Your vehicle will be just fine, take it. Enjoy the scenery, adjust to the conditions, and get used to your vehicle on the different terrain. Then rent for a day of two if conditions warrant it or just for the experience. Most of the newer vehicles have fuel injection systems which require little or no hassle set up to ride different elevations. Call or email with set up questions.

$150 Deposit
$445 Earnest Payment due 45 days prior to departure.
$240 Fuel surcharge paid upon pick up (estimated)
TOTAL COST: $835
(example calculation @$4 fuel and 5 night stay)
45 days gives us ample time to try to refill the spot should you not be able to make the trip. Also, if you cancel and we refill the spot, we will issue a full refund on the deposit(150).
$445 Earnest Payment due 45 days prior to departure.

*Package Pricing Calculations
Should the price of diesel change drastically, this equation will be used to calculate the cost of transportation. Package transportation cost is subject to increase due to fuel costs.
Package transportation cost is calculated as ($220+60 gallons of fuel at market price.)
Example: Market average for diesel in the Rocky Mountatin Region on 4/30 is $4.02 per gallon.
Transportation cost is 220+(60x4)=$440.
Lodging is calculated at $75 per night, per person. If lodging on the trip is 5 nights. The calculated cost is then $75 x # of nights lodging(5). $75 X 5 = $375
We may arrive early to some destinations. In that case you will be responsible for your breakfast the first morning. Lodging will be arranged at discounted rates if we arrive early enough. The additional lodging may cost $35-$45.
